This land truly showcases just how beautiful Missouri can be. The lake at the center of the subdivision is large and incredibly clear. It’s only around 8ft deep, so it isn’t safe for jet skis or similar water sports, but it is an excellent fishing lake. The lots to the east of the lake are all fairly flat, especially for lake lots.
